The owners on every job
Everything above the walls
Six things we do, every day — residential and commercial — based in Des Moines, out across Iowa and neighboring states.
Roof Replacement
Full tear-off down to the decking, not a layover. Any soft or rotted sheathing gets replaced before a single architectural shingle goes down.
Synthetic underlayment and ice-and-water shield along every eave and valley.
See detailsStorm & Hail Damage
Hail bruising and wind-lifted shingles documented with drone photos, then walked slope by slope with your adjuster.
Insurance usually covers storm damage — we help you use the window before it closes.
See detailsRoof Repair
A cracked pipe boot, flashing pulled loose at the chimney, a valley backing up — fixed before it becomes decking rot.
Shingles matched to your existing roof, not whatever's on the truck.
See detailsGutters & Downspouts
Aluminum gutters formed on-site in one continuous run, cut to your roofline, downspouts routed away from the foundation.
Sized to your roof's water load, not a one-size-fits-all spec.
See detailsCommercial & Metal
Standing seam metal and low-slope commercial systems, from a single storefront to a multi-building property.
Panels field-formed to the actual roof length — fewer seams, fewer leak points.
See detailsInspections & Maintenance
Exposed fasteners resealed, granule loss checked, gutters cleared before they back up under the shingles.
A short seasonal checkup catches what the next windstorm would find for you.

The insurance conversation, before it costs you the claim window
Hail damage to shingles is usually covered by your homeowner's insurance — but most policies set a window from the date of the storm to file, and it's shorter than people expect.
We document the damage first: drone photos of every slope, granule loss and bruising marked slope by slope, before we ever talk numbers. Then we meet your adjuster on the roof and walk them through what we found.
If the claim is approved, you pay your deductible — that's it. We never cover or discount a deductible for you; doing that is insurance fraud, and it's not worth your claim or our name.

Free Drone Inspection
We fly the roof (or walk it) and show you exactly what we find — cracked flashing, granule loss, soft decking — no obligation attached.
Written, Locked-In Estimate
One number, in writing, before a single shingle comes off. No change orders once the crew's on the roof.
The Work
Most tear-offs and reroofs finish in a single day. Tarps go down over your landscaping first, and we run a magnet across the whole yard when the crew packs up.
Written Warranty, Registered to You
Manufacturer paperwork filed with your name on it, plus our own workmanship coverage spelled out in the estimate.
Real jobs, not stock photos
Every photo on this site — including these three — is from a job we finished ourselves. No library images, no renderings.

Questions we hear on every call
How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on your roof's square footage, pitch, how many layers have to come off, and the condition of the decking underneath once we open it up. That's why we measure and inspect before we quote anything — not before.
Does the inspection cost anything?
No. The inspection is free, whether you’re checking on storm damage, a leak, or just an aging roof.
Do you help with the insurance claim?
Yes. We document the damage with drone photos and meet your adjuster on the roof to walk them through it. Filing and approving the claim itself is between you and your insurance company.
How long does the work take?
Most full roof replacements finish in a single day. Repairs and gutter work are usually done the same day too, weather permitting.
What warranty do you get?
A manufacturer's written warranty registered in your name, plus our own workmanship warranty — both spelled out in your estimate before work starts.
Metal or shingles — which is right for my house?
It depends on your roof's pitch, how long you're planning to stay in the house, and what your neighborhood or HOA allows. We'll walk you through the tradeoffs during the inspection.
Iowa weather won't wait. Neither should your roof.
