Privacy Policy

Plain language, no legal filler. Last updated September 2026.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you selected, and anything you write in the message field. We don't collect anything beyond what you type in — no hidden fields, no data bought from a third party.

What we use it for

To call or message you back, schedule your free inspection, and put together an estimate for your project. That's it. We don't use your contact information to send you marketing you didn't ask for.

Who sees it

Only the people at Prime Roofing LLC who need it to respond to your request. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any reason. If your message goes to us through WhatsApp, it's subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy for that part of the conversation — the part on our website form is covered by this page.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile on you from your visit.

How long we keep it

We keep your request on file while we're actively working with you — quoting, scheduling or completing your project — and for a reasonable time after in case a warranty question comes up. If you were never a customer and we haven't heard back from you, we don't keep your information indefinitely.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email info@primeroofingiowa.com or call (515) 669-6246 and we'll take care of it. If you're a current or former customer, deleting your project records may limit our ability to honor a workmanship warranty claim — we'll tell you that before we delete anything, and it's your call.
